Our Process

We make your wedding stationery journey seamless and will work closely with you from concept to creation. From our first consultation, we want to start from the beginning, your love story, followed by your vision to create custom designs that reflect your unique style. Throughout the process, we assist you from initial concepts to final touches like luxurious paper selections and embellishments. Do you have some ideas? Please feel free to share your inspiration with us. When we start to design, we ask you to review every step, ensuring everything is perfect for your special day. Together, we’ll bring your dream wedding stationery to life, creating timeless pieces you and your guests will treasure.

01 Initial Inquiry

Your journey with Scarlet Heart starts with filling out our inquiry form. In it, you share your essential wedding details so we can understand your needs and see if your wedding date is available.

02 Questionnaire

After your inquiry, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to help us understand your vision and preferences before scheduling a consultation call to discuss your vision.

03 Consultation Call

After your inquiry, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to help us understand your vision and preferences before scheduling a consultation call to discuss your vision.

04 Contract & Vision Board

We’ll share a custom vision board with options for you to choose from, followed by an invoice. To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a R 2000 non-refundable deposit. A paid deposit ensures we can save your date.

05 Design Process Begins

Once the design process kicks off, we’ll start creating your custom stationery. If needed, we’ll schedule a follow-up consultation to discuss any updates. A 50% deposit will be due at this stage to continue the design and production process.

06 Wedding Week

As your big day approaches, we ensure all your beautiful stationery items are ready a couple of days before your wedding. This allows plenty of time for you to collect everything and feel confident that all your details are perfectly in place!

We offer a convenient local pick-up point in East London or can arrange a general meeting location that works for both parties - ensuring a smooth and hassle-free collection process.

We currently have a selection of luxury rental items available - feel free to enquire about these options. Since weddings are often deeply personal, many items are custom-designed to reflect each couple's unique love story. We focus on creating bespoke signage and stationery. The rental items are add-ons to your package and exclusive to our brides.

I don't know what I would like for my wedding day signage, and I don't have a planner. Is this you? Don't worry! We're here to assist you every step of the way as long as you have an idea of your colours and your style. We'll guide you through the process, ensuring everything is cohesive and beautifully aligned with your vision for the big day.

We recommend booking your stationery at least 4 to 6 months before your wedding date. Allowing ample time for consultation, design, revisions, and production, ensuring everything is perfect for your special day!

At this point, it is dependent on availability. However, we prefer to provide a full package. This way, we can ensure each client receives our undivided attention and the highest-quality craftsmanship.
